Shipping Coverage
- Orders are processed from Pulau Pinang.
Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotions may apply during selected campaigns.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels after dispatch.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective).
Defective or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos or videos.
- Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
