Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

  • Orders are processed from Pulau Pinang.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply during selected campaigns.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels after dispatch.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective).

Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos or videos.
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
